LinkPulse Sheets - Setup Guide
Step 1: Add the LinkPulse Sheets Add-on
Install the LinkPulse Sheets add-on from the Google Workspace Marketplace:
- Open Google Sheets.
- Go to Extensions > Get add-ons.
- Search for "LinkPulse Sheets" and click Install.
Step 2: Open Sidebar and Subscribe
After installing the add-on, open the sidebar and start the subscription process:
- In Google Sheets, go to Extensions > LinkPulse Sheets > Show Sidebar.
- Click the Subscribe button in the sidebar.
- You'll be redirected to our website: https://linkpulse.nexorium.io.
Step 3: Sign Up and Verify Email
Create an account and verify your email to proceed:
- Visit https://linkpulse.nexorium.io/signup to sign up.
- Enter your email and password, then check your inbox to verify your email address.
Step 4: Select Plan and Complete Payment
Choose your subscription plan:
- Select the Basic plan (10 checks/day, free) for essential URL checking needs.
- Choose the Pro plan (10000 checks/day, $₹270/month) for advanced features and higher daily limits.
Step 5: Copy Token and Verify
After subscribing, activate the add-on with your token:
- After payment (for Pro) or signing up (for Basic), copy the activation token provided on the website.
- Return to the Google Sheets sidebar, click Enter Activation Token, and paste the token.
- Click Verify Subscription to activate the add-on.
Step 6: Understand Caching and Usage
Learn how caching works and how to manage it:
- We cache URL status checks for 12 hours to improve performance and save your daily quota.
- If a URL status changes (e.g., from 404 to 200), it will update after 12 hours or when you manually reset the cache.
- To manually reset the cache, open the sidebar and click Force Refresh before checking URLs.
- Start using the add-on by entering URLs in your sheet and using
=checkwebsite(A2)
or the sidebar!
