  • Provide URL status checking services
  • Track usage limits (10 checks/day for Free, 10000 checks/day for Pro)
  • Process and manage subscriptions
  • Verify account status and permissions
  • Cache results for service optimization
  • Communicate important service updates

3. Data Storage, Retention, and Deletion

We store your data securely on Google's servers using Google Apps Script's PropertiesService. We implement appropriate security measures, including:

  • Secure storage of activation tokens
  • Encrypted transmission (HTTPS) for all API calls
  • Regular security reviews to maintain safety

We do not permanently store your data. Temporary retention includes:

  • Activation Tokens and Subscription Data: Stored until you revoke access or your subscription expires, then deleted.
  • Usage Data: Daily check counts reset and are removed after 24 hours.
  • URL Check Results: Cached for 12 hours, then automatically deleted.
  • Email Addresses: Used only during verification and not stored long-term.

Data Deletion: To delete your data, revoke the add-on's access via your Google Account under "Third-party apps with account access." All stored data (tokens, usage counts, cached results) is deleted within 24 hours. Data in your Google Sheet (e.g., URLs, statuses) is managed by Google's retention policies (Google Privacy Policy).

We utilize the following third-party services:

  • Google Sheets API for formula integration
  • Razorpay for payment processing of Pro subscriptions
